Shipping and Delivery

We understand how important it is for you to get the items you ordered in a timely manner. We're always here to offer support, please email us at shipping@myboruit.com and we will address any  in case you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped a day after it's been processed. Please allow extra time during holidays and seasonal sales. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. 

U.S. Shipping Time 

We offer standard shipping at no charge, the delivery time is usually 6-12 business days. More than often, our customers receive their orders within 8 business days.

International Shipping Time

Delivery time to international countries are between 2 to 4 calendar weeks*.
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods.

* Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays (if applicable). Most of our products are located in the US, however there may be time where we have to get it from other suppliers from the globe. But rest assure, your package will be delivered within the estimated time frame intact. 

NOTE: If the package got lost/stolen in transit, or couldn't clear the custom (international customers only) for whatever reason; We will ship out a replacement package at no charge and offer our sincere apology for the inconvenience. We reserve the rights to make judgement on a case by case basis.

Tracking Number

Upon a purchase, your order will need a couple days to process before shipping. Once your order is shipped, an email containing a tracking number will be sent. 

What if my package is lost or missing?

BORUiT™ is not liable if the incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error on our end, we will take full responsibility at no charge.

Insured shipping

If for some reason you did not receive your order within 30 calendar days of purchase or the product(s) arrived damaged/defective, we are happy to offer full refund or replace your order at no charge. 

Tracking Stuck on "Shipping Information Received"

For some logistics companies, it takes up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 days ago and you still see this message, please contact us immediately through email: shipping@myboruit.com or live chat. 

Will I Receive My Order in One Package?

Due to various logistics reasons, item(s) in your order may arrive in more than one package. But rest assured, every item(s) in your order will be delivered to your door within the promised time frame intact. 

What shipping methods do we offer?

BORUiT offers three shipping methods and all of them are insured shipping which means if for some reason you did not receive your order within 30 calendar days of purchase or the product(s) arrived damaged/defective, we are happy to offer full refund or replace your order at no charge. 

One Year Warranty + Priority Insured Shipping

- Get one year of warranty from purchase date that covers accidental damage to the product. 

- Return shipping costs are covered under this warranty. 

Free Shipping + Insured Tracking Information 

- Standard shipping with tracking information. 

- You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item you are returning is damaged/defective. 

Priority Insured Shipping (Full Retail Value, No Hassle)

- Get 60-day warranty from purchase date that covers accidental damage to the product.   

- Return shipping costs are covered under this warranty.
