The BORUiT™ team are 100% committed to ensure your satisfaction while shopping with us (that includes after-sales).We understand that things might not always work out, that's why we made our return/refund process simple and easy for you.

Returns & Refunds

Note: Returns and refunds will be used interchangeably throughout the policy. They exhibits the same meaning for this policy. 

We offer two options if you decide to return your order.

Cash Refund

We will refund 100% for any/all item(s) in your order. It will be processed to the payment method you used to purchase. 

Store Credit Refund

We offer store credit equivalent to the value of the item(s) you are refunding. 

Return Shipping

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You will not be liable for return shipping costs if and only if the item you received is defective/damaged. 

Customers that purchased warranty during checkout will not be responsible for return shipping costs. 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send in your return request within 30 days upon receiving your order.

Only items purchased directly from BORUiT™ will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

Returned item(s) must be in its original packaging with no noticeable wear and tear . Any accessories, manuals, and documentation must be returned along with the the product. 

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased on your end, and accidental damaged from customer's mishandling that are not covered by warranty. Returns made without receipt may be refused. BORUiT™ reserves the right to deny any return.

Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure we process your request in a timely manner.

Include the following in your request

  • Email Subject: Return Order #xxxxx
  • First and Last Name
  • Reason for refund
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Store Credit / Cash Amount

Upon receiving the request, our quality inspection team will review it within 1-3 business days. If your refund is accepted, we’ll refund your item(s) within 14 business days to the payment method you used to purchase.

    The item(s) I received are damaged/ defective/incorrect

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

    • Reason: Defective/Damaged/Incorrect 
    • Proof of Purchase
    • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
    • Complete delivery address
    • Contact telephone number
    • Store Credit / Cash Amount

    In some cases, you are required to provide video or photo of the defective product to continue the return process. 

    Our product inspection team will review your request within 1 - 3 business days. Once we approve your return request, a return shipping label will be send to your email, please follow the instruction carefully to return the item.

    Replacement

    All defective/incorrect/damaged return requests will be treated with replacement service at default. We will send out a replacement at free of charge, there's nothing that needs to be done on your end.

    If you desire a refund instead, we will be more than happy to refund you the full amount once we receive the item(s). 

    HOW LONG IS THE RETURNs PROCESS?

    The returns process should take up to 14 business days.

    Here's a typical timeline for a return request:

    1. Return request received, reviewed, approved (1-3 business days)
    2. Return shipping label sent to customer's email.
    3. Customer returns the product (varies, as we have no control over how long it takes for you to send in the product. Let's assume 2-5 business days)
    4. Once the quality inspection team receive the return items, they will inspect it again for reassurance (1-2 business days)
    5. Once we verified that the item(s) are indeed defective/incorrect/damaged, we will sent out a confirmation email and refund your item(s) through the payment processor you used for purchase or store credit. 

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

    If you haven't received a credit for your return yet after 14 business days

    Please contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

    HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to alter or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.

    Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled without a valid reason.
